Terms of Use — Walk Thru Manager
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Walk Thru Manager mobile application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App and eligibility
Walk Thru Manager helps you document property walkthrough inspections using structured room grids, voice notes, photos, and PDF export. The App includes templates for move-in, move-out, and appraisal-style inspections. It is intended as a field documentation tool, not as legal, engineering, appraisal, or professional inspection advice. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the inspections you create.
2. Your data and local storage
Inspection data — including addresses, notes, photos, and audio — is stored locally on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up or exporting information you need to retain. PaprikaTech is not responsible for loss of data caused by device failure, uninstalling the App, or failure to export reports.
3. Premium features and purchases
Creating inspections and exporting PDF reports may require a paid subscription or one-time report purchase, processed through Apple’s App Store and managed via our subscription provider (RevenueCat). Prices, renewal terms, free trials, and refunds are governed by Apple’s payment policies unless otherwise required by law. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
4. Inspection reports and professional use
PDF exports and on-screen notes are tools to help you record observations during a walkthrough. They may contain transcription errors, incomplete notes, or subjective descriptions. You should review exported reports before sharing them and verify important facts independently. PaprikaTech does not guarantee that App output meets any legal, regulatory, landlord-tenant, or professional standards in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the App except as allowed by law
- Circumvent security, licensing, or subscription requirements
- Use the App in ways that infringe others’ rights or violate applicable policies
6. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and materials provided by PaprikaTech are owned by PaprikaTech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAPRIKATECH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50), EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold PaprikaTech harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, your inspection content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms or the App. We will post revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or App Store listing where appropriate.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or your access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or safety reasons.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country or state of residence apply.
